2018 in Review

Hope 2019 is off to a great start and you encounter nothing but great things for you and yours this year!

I’m crazy excited for 2019 at Kingston REM. We had an incredible 2018 thanks to the support and return business of some of my close and best clients along with referrals from our favorite customers. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! I can’t thank you enough for helping us through our first year in business.

Wow, it’s only been one year. We’ve accomplished so much in a year. Let me tell you about it- HANG IN THERE! It’s a lot but all good things.

Let’s start with Kingston REM as a company. We doubled our agent count (now six agents and growing!) each of which produce quality customer service and business. Here we are in all our glory!

I was featured in a Boston Voyager article in February (HERE, ICYMI) which I was really proud of.

Our website (www.kingstonrem.com) was a semi-finalist in the nationwide “Battle of the Brands” competition by Placester. See some coverage from the Placester booth at the 2018 NAR Convention in Boston. We were in some really great company and feel very fortunate to have been recognized!

We collaborated with Boston East, named “Best New Building in Boston”, for their initial lease up. Together and through joint marketing efforts, on site leasing cooperation and co-branded advertising, we reached our occupancy goal in less than six months. On a personal level, I had my best brokerage year to date transacting on both the sales and buy side. With the trust and loyalty of my clients, we executed over $7.5M in sales both on and off market from late 2017 through 2018.

We also did a bang up job on the rental side with a ton of help from the aforementioned crew of talented agents. Garnered a lot of happy customers and clients which is evident from the NOTHING BUT 5 STAR reviews on YelpFacebook and Google! That’s an achievement I’ve never seen in my 15 year real estate career and I’m incredibly proud of that.

This, my friends, is the Kingston REM vision in the works. I’m extremely passionate about the business and am steadfast in providing the best customer service possible. As the industry moves along, we must adjust and be nimble. Listen to the market and listen to the needs of the people on both sides of the transaction. Identifying everyone’s needs and delivering. We’re not just a real estate firm. We are your complete resource for Brookline, Boston and beyond who just so happen to kick ass at real estate as well.
