Units are very nicely done- not overstated but one can definitely sense the luxury designs throughout. Storage space is plentiful which is all too rare in your new construction buildings. The units previewed at 30 Dalton offered very large walk-in closets in each of the bedrooms. Bathrooms are appointed with extra deep soaking tubs and the bathroom tile is consistent in design and very modern. Tones of greys and taupes run throughout but they do a very good job of minimizing it so it doesn’t feel drab. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer various views of the city on upper floors. Residents can grab glimpses of the Charles River looking Northward and great views of the South End- and beyond to the Blue Hills- when gazing South.
Penthouse units on the 24-26th floors offer extra ceiling height and premium finishes. A duo of 3000+ sq ft. Premier Penthouse Suites on the 26th floor offer unparalleled living in the local batch of luxury apartments.
