Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month

This month is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month! We want to celebrate our fellow Asian American communities to know that #KingstonCares. We hope to encourage all Boston locals to participate in local events before the month is over!

Massachusetts has a large Asian American community, but did you know Boston’s Asian American community has tremendous diversity?

Various cultures are represented, including Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Nepalese, Filipinos, and many more. We are pleased to serve the diverse communities surrounding us and are grateful for their support.

In honor of this month and what it represents, we would like to share some upcoming Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month events! Check the link in our bio to see how YOU can participate in AAPI Heritage Month!

Join The Dedham Library and celebrate the voices, lives, and stories of the global AAPI community through books and crafts. They’ll be hosting this event every Tuesday! Get tickets through the link below:

Participate in Lexington’s AAPI 5K Run’ n’ Walk on May 30th at 10:30 AM. They’re looking for volunteers, and a few spots are still open to engaging in the 5K! After the race, there will be a ceremony to commemorate the winners! Travel to Lexington High School and watch the race if you’re looking to support the race but not run in it. Registration ends tomorrow, so enroll through the link below if you want to join. https://runsignup.com/Race/MA/Lexington/AAPI5kRunnWalkLexington
