GENERAL TIMELINE
“Traditional” transactions take between 45-60 days, but are dependent on what both parties request.
During this time, buyers will conduct their due diligence and obtain a mortgage.
DOWN PAYMENTS + CLOSING COSTS
Prepare to have 5% minimum available within two weeks of the offer. (This will be held in escrow, paid in two installments, and count toward your down payment.)
