Meet CAMERON

Cameron Chang is a highly experienced and versatile real estate professional with a deep passion for the industry that began during his time at Suffolk University, where he earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance & Business Law while attending full-time. While in school, he led the Future Investors in Real Estate (FIRE) Club, an experience that reinforced his interest in the field. His career in real estate began in 2014, when he joined Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, working in brokerage operations management and administration, gaining hands-on experience in the inner workings of the industry.

Cameron then joined The Mazer Group as an Executive Assistant to Allison Mazer, playing a key role in supporting high-profile transactions, client relations, and operational functions. After obtaining his real estate license, he transitioned into an agent role on the team, where he quickly built his own client base and closed over $2.5M in sales volume in his first year—all while completing his full-time undergraduate degree.

In 2019, Cameron moved into commercial real estate, joining Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked in leadership and operations for the New England region. He also supported the Senior Housing Capital Markets Group (EDSF), providing financial analysis across equity, debt, and structured financing deals, while additionally providing administrative support to the Vice Chair of the EDSF group to help facilitate operations and deal execution. After the pandemic, Cameron transitioned into an analyst role within the Transaction Management Team for the Southeast Region, where he also played a significant part in building standardized processes and workflow automation in conjunction with his transaction management duties.

Currently, Cameron is the Executive Assistant to the Owner at Kingston Real Estate, where he focuses on business development, financial management and reporting, and provides general executive and operational support. Acting as the right hand of the owner, Cameron plays a vital role in overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless management of key business functions.

Outside of his professional achievements, Cameron is an active real estate investor, constantly seeking new opportunities to grow his portfolio. He is an adventurous person who loves to explore new things, with a particular passion for traveling and discovering new places. Cameron also enjoys playing piano, violin, and drums, embracing his love for music. At home, he spends quality time with his Indian Ringneck parrot, Andrei. A firm believer in maintaining balance, Cameron works out regularly to stay in shape both physically and mentally. Additionally, he dedicates time to researching and trading futures and equities, continuing to sharpen his financial expertise. An avid reader, Cameron is always seeking knowledge to fuel his growth, both personally and professionally.
