Meet DAN
Dan Ward serves as the HOA Property Manager at Kingston Real Estate & Management, where he leverages a diverse professional background to oversee property operations and enhance community engagement. Before joining Kingston, Dan supervised cemetery operations for a non-profit charity, managing over 120 cemeteries across the state. In this role, he coordinated maintenance and burial services while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, demonstrating his commitment to exceptional customer service, especially in sensitive environments.
Dan began his career in telecommunications as an Apprentice Tower Technician, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment. His commitment and expertise enabled him to progress to Tower Technician 1, where he enhanced his technical skills while managing complex projects. Eventually, Dan moved into a Project Manager role, where he successfully coordinated multiple contractors and fostered collaboration across departments to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with a focus in English from Framingham State College, bolstering his expertise in effective communication. Dan is also certified with ANSI 10.48 Competent Rigger, OSHA 10, Gravitec Tower Climber and Rescue, and a First Aid Certification. Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, Dan has lived a nomadic life, moving over 100 times due to his father’s military service, which has instilled in him a deep appreciation for the diverse landscapes of the United States. A proud cat dad to Miss Marceline, his beloved tuxedo cat, Dan enjoys culinary adventures and exploring new experiences.
