A Boston-native and a Regis College alum with a degree in Global Business Management, specializing in Data Analysis and Economics. 

With previous experience at Lasell Village—a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) dedicated to providing care for the elderly while fostering lifelong learning and active lifestyles—Darcie developed a deep understanding of residential environments. This experience became the foundation for her expertise in property management, vendor relations, and operational coordination.

From a very young age, Darcie’s been involved in event planning from weddings to birthdays as part of her mother’s business. However, she ultimately took a leap of faith into real estate property management, leveraging her diverse skill set to build a successful and growing career in the field.

Known for her ability to make meaningful connections, Darcie takes pride in being a problem solver and a reliable first point of contact. Whether ensuring smooth operations or brightening someone’s day with her warm personality, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service.

In her free time, Darcie enjoys singing, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.
