Ian Schrager

Meet Ian

Ian has spent his career in real estate development, investment, and finance, working on everything from large-scale life science projects to residential and mixed-use communities. Most recently, he was part of the development team at Marcus Partners, where he managed the day-to-day execution of a life science project in the Boston Seaport. Prior to that, he held roles at Greystar and UBS Realty Investors, gaining experience in acquisitions, asset management, and development. He earned his degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Outside of work, Ian is a music lover who enjoys discovering new artists, going to live shows, and making music in his free time. He’s also an avid skier and hiker, always looking for the next great trail or mountain to explore. Traveling is another big passion—whether it’s a weekend road trip or an international adventure, he’s always up for experiencing new places.
