Meet Leo

Leo is a young, dynamic individual with a strong work ethic and a passionate, competitive nature. He was born and raised in the small town of Tewksbury, Massachusetts and is the proud first-generation son of Italian parents. In college, Leo played baseball showcasing his competitive spirit and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management in 2021. Even after college, he continues to pursue his love of sports by playing men’s softball and coaching baseball in his free time. He makes time for his family, friends, and two dogs Brody and Finnley. He values his Italian heritage and is proud of his roots, enjoying sharing his culture with others.

Leo is focused on making a difference and enjoys helping people. He loves to learn, has a desire to work with people, and wanted to pursue his career with a company investing in his success. Adam’s vision and empathy drew Leo in right away, and he knew this was his home. Leo believes Kingston’s high standard is essential to his growth as a young professional and is excited for what the future has to offer at Kingston.
