Living in California and trying to manage my condo all the way in Boston had been pretty difficult until my friend highly recommended Adam to me. I was hesitant at first to have a manager who I had never met but much to my pleasant surprise, Adam was great! The relationship began with a quick phone call in which he explained everything to me in detail and answered very patiently all my questions (I had a lot). Throughout this past year he has been very responsive and efficient to take care of everything from inspecting the condo, fixing appliances, finding new tenants, contacting the condo association, etc. I am very happy to have found Adam and I wouldn’t know what to do with my condo 3,000 miles away without him!
