Meet Sam

Sam started in real estate after three years as a CPA at a global financial services firm. Raised in Maine, Sam moved to Cambridge in 2018 after graduating with degrees in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Maine. Sam enjoys golfing, playing tennis, snowboarding, and boating in his spare time. He covets any time that can be spent back in Maine with his friends and family.

  • My partner and I were looking for an apartment and got in contact with Sam Jordan who was very prompt and accommodating when scheduling a time to see an apartment we were interested. I had to cancel the first time but about a week later I asked to reschedule the showing and Sam was very polite and helpful to do so. When we met with him, he was very knowledgeable about the property and verbally walked us through the process after we showed more interest about next steps. While it took a couple days for the landlord to reach out in regards to our application, which was very straightforward and easy to complete, Sam updated me every day which was very comforting to my anticipation.
