Labor Day weekend is upon us as is #allstonchristmas aka September 1st, the biggest move day in Boston. Since we @kingston.rem have #oodlesofmoveins this weekend, we can only dream about our fav spots in and around #newengland. We’re going to take this opportunity to give you a #kingstonlocal @kingston.rem style and highlight OUR fav vacation spots.
@adam_j_mundt My little slice of heaven is a beach community called Quonnie, RI. It’s truly one of the only places I can relax. Sandy beach by day and grilled food/fires/great friends & laughs by night. It’s perfection!
@admrost I love the White Mountains! 1200 miles of trails, 148k+ acres & ?with peaks over 4000ft. Whether in ?or?or hiking to those views, the WM’s are the ultimate escape!
@cassandrabligh Ithaca, NY is a center point for most of my fam. Tons of thing to do inc. hiking gorge trails, sailing on Cayuga Lake or enjoying the ?Cayuga Wine Trail? Our fam fav is spending the day at Taughannock State Park! (see ?)
@watch_menene My favorite place to visit on a long weekend is Douthat State Park in VA. I’ve been coming here since I was a child and have great memories here. We love the camping, fishing and picnics!
@rmcquaid1 My fav NE town to escape to is my hometown of Portland, ME. It’s the perfect place to escape reality & enjoy its amazing food, shops, bars & scenery. The Southern Maine coast offers so much; it’s the way life should be.
