@ The Overlook at St. Gabriel’s

Right off the bat, we’ll let you know that this development is a BEAST. Comprising over 550 total apartments across four buildings, The Overlook at St. Gabriel’s feels less of an apartment complex and is more reminiscent of a small European village. Scanning the grounds, you’ll find things you just won’t see anywhere else in Boston. The Fatima Shrine still rests near the entry welcoming you in as you wind up the driveway. To the west is a cloister garden and walking grounds. You can really feel the history here.  The original Monastery constructed in 1906, now dubbed Overlook Landmark, has…

@ 28 Austin

“I’m your density. I mean, your destiny.” -George McFly Both density and destiny are in the conversation when speaking about 28 Austin St. in Newtonville. T stop. Located at the rotary separating two towns, the Graphic Lofts consist of 2 buildings- one original brick and beam converted loft space (building A) and another new construction building (building Z).   A and Z buildings are connected by an underground walkway which will also serve some of the communities amenity space - storage,…

@ Hancock Estates

Let’s set the scene. It’s winter 12-hrs after a fairly significant snow event. Excitedly, you’re heading straight to the slopes to pound the fresh powder with your newly waxed skis. The large, well lit sign for the lodge welcomes you after the bend in the road. “Hancock Estates”. You flick your blinker to the right and ease your car into the driveway. A massive rock formation splits the drive as you head around to the right. The sprawling, 3 story wood & stone building presents itself- your excitement level goes through the roof. So it’s kinda like this only “Hancock…
